From Emmy Award winner Dick Wolf, FBI: Most Wanted is a high-stakes drama that focuses on the Fugitive Task Force, an elite unit that relentlessly pursues and captures the notorious criminals on the Bureau's Most Wanted list. The team's charming but formidable new leader is Supervisory Special Agent Remy Scott (Dylan McDermott), who started his career in the New York FBI field office before rising through the ranks of the Bureau in Philadelphia and working Violent Crimes in Las Vegas. The team includes: Special Agent Sheryll Barnes (Roxy Sternberg), a former NYPD detective and forensics expert who is raising two young children with her wife; Special Agent Hana Gibson (Keisha Castle-Hughes), a gifted millennial computer whiz with a sharp wit and mad hacking skills; former New Orleans cop-turned-junior detective Ray Cannon (Edwin Hodge), who was recently working Violent Crimes in Albany after following in his retired FBI agent father's footsteps and graduating at the top of his class at Quantico; and their newest member Nina Chase (Shantel VanSanten), a strong-willed, versatile Agent adept at undercover work who transitioned from 26 Fed to the Fugitive Task Force after a brief stint in White Collar. When a woman is found violently murdered inside a Brooklyn hotel room, the task force jumps into action to find out who lured her there in the first place. Hana helps out a recent Quantico graduate who hopes to follow in her footsteps.

The Fugitive Task Force heads upstate to assist in a search for missing and murdered Indigenous women and hunt down the serial killer responsible. Meanwhile, Barnes struggles to find time to bond with her wife. 

Hollow

When a high school debate team and their English teacher are kidnapped in rural Pennsylvania, the task force rushes to the scene to find out who took them and what they want before it's too late. Remy helps Corey out of a bind.

Desperate

After the task force mobilizes to help apprehend an active shooter on a college campus, they find themselves in the middle of the glitzy world of college basketball. Barnes and Charlotte attempt to work on their relationship.

Fouled Out

The Fugitive Task Force springs into action after four detectives are shot dead during a prisoner exchange outside of a diner in New Jersey. Meanwhile, Remy struggles with having Corey as a roommate.

Rendition

A drug deal between two teens is interrupted when a middle-aged woman abducts them at gunpoint, sending the task force on the hunt to rescue them. Nina and Scola bump heads over parenting styles.

Supply Chain

When two armed guards are gunned down while transporting millions of dollars' worth of Nigerian artifacts to a museum, the task force races to catch the thieves; Ray speaks to his father about taking his relationship with Cora to the next level.

The Return

When a federal judge and his wife are shot dead in New York, the task force goes on the hunt and finds a connection to a man who is hours away from being executed in Missouri. Remy and Hana both grapple with being single and living alone.

Bonne Terre

When two NYPD officers are gunned down by a mystery assailant while responding to a robbery, the task force must act quickly to catch the culprit before more officers are targeted. Barnes struggles when Charlotte wants to proceed with a divorce.

Radio Silence

When a mob-connected police informant is found murdered, the Fugitive Task Force goes on a hunt for the killers. Hana grows closer to Ethan.

Derby Day

The task force races to catch the culprit threatening Manhattan with a dirty bomb. Ray prepares to celebrate a major life milestone as his wedding to Cora approaches.
